Egg Salad Recipe

Egg salad is a classic dish made by combining chopped hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings such as salt, pepper, and sometimes herbs like parsley or dill. Ingredients
- Egg: 6
- Tomato (Tomato): 2
- Lemon juice (Lemon juice): 1/2 spoon
- Cucumber: 2
- Onion: 2
- Cabbage (Slide cabbage): As required
- Carrot (grated carrot): 1 pc
- Coriander leaves: As per amount
- Bit salt (Black salt): As per quantity
- Black paper powder: 1/2 spoon
- Chaat masala ( ): 1 tsp
Method
- First, to boil the eggs, take a pot of water, add eggs and 1 teaspoon of salt in it and let the eggs boil on medium heat. It will take 10-15 minutes to boil the eggs.
- When the eggs are boiled, keep them in another bowl, after they cool down, peel off the egg shells and cut the boiled eggs into slices.
- Then in another bowl mix together 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped onions, 2 chopped cucumbers, chopped cabbage, 1 chopped carrot, chopped cilantro and sliced eggs. Once mixed well, add lemon juice, beet salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala and mix well again. Refrigerate the egg salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Make egg salad like this.
