Ingredients
- Pasta: 340 grams (such as spaghetti, penne or fettuccine)
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic: 4 cloves
- Tomato : 2 pcs
- Red Chilli Flakes: 1/2 teaspoon (if you want to eat flakes then you can use this ingredient).
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Salt: As per quantity
- Black pepper: To taste
- Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup grated
- Parsley : Chopped (for garnish)
Method
- Boil water in a large pot with as much salt as needed. Then when the water boils, add the pasta and cook the pasta.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute until brown. Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli flakes, dry oregano and mix well.
- To make the sauce, stir the tomato paste in a pan on medium heat for 10-15 minutes and add salt and black pepper to taste, then the sauce is ready.
- Add the cooked pasta with the sauce to the pan and keep stirring. When the pasta is ready, take it off. For garnish, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and parsley over the pasta. Making pasta recipe.
