Lemon Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- Oil : 1 tsp
- Mustard: 1 tsp
- Chana dal: 1/2 tsp
- Urad dal : 1/2 tsp
- Chinese almonds : 12-15
- Cashew : 7-8
- Red Chilli : 2 t
- Cumin: 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves : 6-7
- Ginger: 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
- Boiled rice : 1 plate
- Salt : To taste
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Method
- First in a pan fry 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp chana dal, 1/2 tsp urad dal together well.
- When these are fried, add sugared almonds and keep frying until they turn brown.
- Then add 2 red chillies, 1/2 tsp cumin, 6-7 curry leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp turmeric and fry again for 20-30 seconds.
- When these are fried well, add 1 plate of boiled rice, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and mix well.
- After frying take it out of the oven and use Chinese almonds, cashews, curry leaves for garnish.
