Cook time: About 1h15 min
✢ 1 Flow Bake Bread mix
✢ 340ml water
✢ 10g fresh yeast (or 4g dry active yeast)
✢ 1 tbsp olive oil
- Prepare the dough following our Bread mix instructions. Shape it with spatula as shown on this video.
- Sprinkle a little flour and cut the top with scissors at a 45 degrees angle. Cover and leave to rise for 45 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210 degrees for about one hour. Leave to cool completely before slicing.
Tip: For a better rise and a crisp crust, place a metal pan at the bottom of the oven while preheating. When you put your loaf in, pour a cup of hot water into the pan to create steam and then promptly close the oven door.
