Fried rice is a popular dish in many Asian cuisines, characterized by stir-frying cooked rice with various ingredients such as vegetables, eggs, meat, and seasonings. Ingredients

  1. Basmati rice: 2 cups (300 g)
  2. Ghee : 1 tsp
  3. Refined oil: 3 tbsp
  4. Beans: 1/2 cup
  5. Carrot : 1/2 cup
  6. Capsicum : 1/2 cup
  7. Red, Green Chili: 4 pcs
  8. Cashew : 14 pieces
  9. Raisins : 20 pcs
  10. Salt: 2 tsp
  11. Cardamom : 5 pcs
  12. Cinnamon : 4-5 pcs
  13. Cloves : 8-10 pcs
  14. Bay leaves : 2 pcs
  15. Powdered sugar: 2 tsp
  16. Butter: 2 tbsp
  17. Ginger paste: 1 tsp

Method

  1. First wash 2 cups of basmati rice well in a bowl and keep it soaked in water in another bowl.
  2. Then in a pan heat the pan with 1 spoon of ghee, 3 spoons of refined oil.
  3. Then when the pan is hot, first fry 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of carrot, 1/2 cup of capsicum, 4 pieces of red, green chilies, 14 pieces of cashews, 20 pieces of raisins and add the amount. Mix with salt and 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.
  4. Now in another vessel add 4 cups of water along with 5 pieces of cardamom, 4-5 pieces of cinnamon, 8-10 pieces of cloves, 2 pieces of bay leaf and boil it well.
  5. Then add this basmati rice in the water that has been boiled. Put the gas oven on high flame and let the rice cook. However, to make fried rice, the rice must be boiled to 90%.
  6. When the rice is cooked, remove it from the oven and drain the water well. So that there is no water in the rice. The rice is perfectly cooked.
  7. Fry in a pan with 2 tsp butter, 1 tsp ginger paste until light brown. Now fry well with boiled rice and fried vegetables. Saute again with salt and quantity as per taste.
  8. Fried rice is ready when everything is well mixed and fried. You can take it out of the oven and cool it for a while and serve it.
