Wild Blueberry Muffins

Wild Blueberry muffins (Gluten free, vegan) | Mustikkamuffinssit (Gluteeniton, vegaaninen)

It's bilberry season (aka wild blueberry)! Time to do forest bathing and pick those delicious and highly nutritious little violet gems

Those blueberry muffins take no more than 5 mins to prepare and 25 mins bake. 


Prep time: 5 min
Cook time: 25 min 


✢ 1 Flow Bake Cinnamon Muffin mix
✢ 150g blueberries
✢ 80ml oil
✢ 100ml plant-based milk
✢ 3 eggs 
For vegan muffins, replace with 130g (1,2dl) soy yoghurt.

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan off). 
  2. Prepare the muffin batter as instructed on the back of the package.
  3. Add the blueberries to the batter.
  4. Spoon into muffin cases and bake for about 25 min (test with the tip of a knife).
