It's bilberry season (aka wild blueberry)! Time to do forest bathing and pick those delicious and highly nutritious little violet gems
Those blueberry muffins take no more than 5 mins to prepare and 20 mins bake.

✢ 1 Flow Bake Cinnamon Muffin mix
✢ 150g blueberries
✢ 80ml oil
✢ 100ml plant-based milk
✢ 3 eggs
For vegan muffins, replace with 130g (1,2dl) soy yoghurt.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees (fan off).
- Prepare the muffin batter as instructed on the back of the package.
- Add the blueberries to the batter.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for about 25 min (test with the tip of a knife).
