Shipping policy


Once your order is verified and your payment is approved we’ll ship your order.  This takes approximately 2-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

Products are shipped from Flow Bake warehouse located in Finland. Once your delivery is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow its path. In order to be able to send you a confirmation email we need your email address that you are asked during shopping process.

All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that all costs related to local customs are not covered by us.

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

Return

If your order is not exactly what you expected, please contact us first at info@flowbake.com and according to our instructions send it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt and we'll happily provide a refund or exchange. The cost of getting the package back to us is yours, but we will happily cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

Prices & taxes

When you order inside the European Union the prices include Finnish VAT, Value Added Tax. It is 14 % for food. If we deliver outside European Union, we don’t charge VAT, but you will pay local tax in customs clearance. For outside EU delivery, please contact us at info@flowbake.com.

Flow Bake is not liable for any products which are held in the local customs of the customers' country, and will not return money for the customer if goods are lost or returned to the sender by the customs.

Payment methods

We are using Paypal for our online payment processing, which is connected to our Shopify e-commerce account. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
