If you’re searching for the best gluten free bread, look no further. Grab your baking mitts and get ready to serve up a wonderfully crusty loaf to your loved ones! This easy-to-make and hearty bread features chia seeds, loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and ancient grain quinoa.

One pack makes one crusty loaf. 

Ingredients: Flour (brown rice*, quinoa*, buckwheat*), potato starch*, chia seeds* 5%, psyllium*, sea salt, xanthan gum.

How to make
Just add 10 g fresh yeast (or 4 g dry yeast), 340 ml water and 1 tbsp olive oil. 

  1. Add fresh yeast to a bowl of water at room temperature. (Use lukewarm water if using dry yeast.) Add this mixture to the bread mix and stir well with a hand mixer or a spatula. Add oil and continue mixing for 5 mins.
  2. Shape the dough into a loaf. Cover and leave it to rise for 1h.
  3. Preheat oven to 210 degrees, with a baking tray to the middle position. 
  4. Score the dough with a sharp knife. Place it in the oven and bake for 1h or until bread sounds hollow when tapped from underneath it. Leave to cool completely before slicing.

Tip for a better rise in the oven and crisp crust: Place a metal pan at the bottom of the oven while preheating oven. When you load your loaf in, pour a cup of hot water into the pan to create steam and promptly close the oven door.
