Ingredients
For the pie crust:

Method
- Mix together the flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Mix the cold butter cubes into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs with a few pea-sized pieces of butter.
- Then slowly add 1 tablespoon of ice water. Stop adding water when the dough starts to clump together. 3. Divide the dough into two equal sized balls. Flatten each into a disc and wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a large bowl mix together the diced apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice until well combined.
