Ingredients
- Banana: 2/3 ripe bananas
- Flour: 2 cups
- Baking soda (Baking soda): 1 teaspoon (table spoon)
- Baking Powder (Baking Powder): 1 teaspoon (table spoon)
- Salt: 1/4 spoon
- Butter: 1/2 cup
- Sugar: 1 cup
- Egg (Egg): 2
- Vanilla essence (Vanila essence): 1 teaspoon (table spoon)
- Milk (Milk): 1 cup
- Choco chips: 1/3 cup
- Chopped walnuts: 1/2 cup
Method
- First peel 2/3 of the banana and mash the bananas in a bowl and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Then add 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Then mix butter 1/2 cup and sugar for 2 minutes in a bowl. Mix the mashed banana mixture with it.
- Continue to blend this mixture with one egg for 1 minute then add another egg and blend well.
- Then vanilla essence 1 teaspoon, 1 cup milk 1 cup, chocolate chips 1/3 cup, chopped walnuts (chopped walnuts) mix them all together well and make the batter.

After pouring the batter, place the mold in the pre-heated pan and let it bake for 60-65 minutes. After some time, insert the toothpick into the bread and see if it is fully baked. If the toothpick comes out clean, you will know that Banana Bread is ready. - After 25-30 minutes Banana Bread is ready. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
