Ingredients
- Tomato : 1 pc
- Onion : 1 pc
- Onion greens : 1 bunch
- Garlic : 8-10 pcs
- Green Chili : 2 pcs
- Olive oil: 4 tsp
- Salt : 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Chilli : 1/2 tsp
- Bread : 4 pieces
- Cheese: Grated
Method
- First take a vessel and wash it thoroughly.
- Finely chop 1 piece of tomato, 1 piece of onion, 2 green chilies, onion greens.
- Then fry 8-10 pieces of garlic in another bowl with 4 spoons of olive oil. When the garlic is roasted, peel the garlic and chop the garlic finely.
- After that in a clean and washed container put chopped tomato, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped garlic, chopped onion greens and mix it well with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground pepper and make a mixture.
