  1. Egg: 2
  2. Milk: 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt: 1 pinch
  5. Cinnamon powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Bread: 4-6 pieces
  7. Butter: For deep frying
  8. Honey: For serving


  1. First, break the eggs into a large bowl and mix well with the milk, sugar, salt and cinnamon powder (if using).
  2. Then put butter in a pan and heat the pan.
  3. Then dip the bread pieces in the egg mixture so that the mixture adheres well to both sides of the bread.
  4. Place the bread pieces dipped in the egg mixture in a hot pan and keep folding both sides well until the bread turns golden brown in color. You can also fold the breads with oil, but you will not get the taste like butter. So use butter while making French Toast.
