Ingredients

  1. Salt – 1 tbsp
  2. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Macaroni – 2 cups
  4. Butter – 4 cups
  5. Ginger – 1 tbsp
  6. Flour – 4 cups
  7. Milk – 3 cups
  8. Salt – 1/2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper – 1/2 tbsp
  10. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  11. Cheddar cheese – 2 cups
  12. Cream cheese – 1 cup
  13. Shredded mozzarella cheese: 1 cup

Method

  1. First, heat a pot of water and boil the macaroni pasta in it for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, keep the pasta in another bowl to cool.
  2. Then in a saucepan on medium heat add 4 cups of butter and ginger and stir well.
  3. When the butter melts, add 2 cups of flour, 3 cups of milk, 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder and stir on low flame.
  4. Then add 2 cups cheddar cheese to it and mix well. Once mixed well, add 1 cup of cream cheese and mix again. Once mixed, add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until well combined.
  5. Then add in the cooked macaroni pasta and stir continuously until mixed. Once mixed, take it down and serve.
  6. While serving you can sprinkle black pepper, red chili powder on it and serve.
