Ingredients
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Honey: 2 spoons
- Milk: 1 cup
- Rolled oats (Rolled oats): 3/4 cup
- Tulsi seeds (basil seeds): 1 big spoon
- Pumpkin seeds (pumkin seeds): 2-3 spoons
- Cashew nuts: 2 big spoons
- Pistachios: 2 big spoons
- Dried cranberries (dried cranberries): 2 big spoons
- Dried figs: 2 big spoons
- Cinnamon powder: 1/2 spoon
- Mixed fruit (mixed fruit): Berries, cut bananas, kiwi,
- Orange: Cutting orange pieces
- Vanilla essence (vanilla essence): 4 drops
Method
- First mix together 1 cup of milk, 2 spoons of honey, 1 cup of curd in a bowl. Then add to this mixture 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp basil seeds, 2-3 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 tbsp cashews, 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp dried cranberries, 2 tbsp dried figs, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Then pour this mixture into a bowl, keep the bowl in the deep freezer for 6-8 hours. So that this mixture freezes well.
- Take out this boam next morning, garnish with mixed fruit (berries, sliced banana, kiwi) for decoration along with cutting orange pieces, mint. This is how overnight oats are made.
