Ingredients

  1. Curd: 2 cups
  2. Water : 1 cup
  3. Sugar : 1/2 cup
  4. Mango: 2 t
  5. Dahi Malai: 1 tsp (for garnish)

  1. First take 2 cups of curd in a bowl. Whisk the curd well with 1 cup of water.
  2. After whisking, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix it according to your sweet taste.
  3. When the curd is ready, keep it in the fridge.
  4. Then make small pieces of two ripe mangoes and make it into a paste in the mixture.
  5. When the curd is cooled, pour some curd in a glass and mix it with mango paste. Then pour some more curd and mix again.
