Ingredients

  1. Digestive biscuits : 12 pc
  2. Butter : 1/2 cup
  3. Honey: 1 tsp
  4. Cream cheese: 3 cups
  5. Sugar : 1 cup
  6. Whipping cream: 3/4 cup
  7. Eggs: 4 pcs
  8. Curd : 1/4 cup
  9. Lemon zest: 1 tsp
  10. Vanilla paste: 1 tsp
  11. Corn starch: 1 tsp

Method

  1. First mix 12 pc Digestive biscuits in a mixture grinder. Then add 1/2 cup of butter, 1 spoon of honey and mix. Preheat the oven to 160°c for 10 minutes.
  2. Once mixed, pour this mixture in a pan and set well.
  3. Then blend 3 cups of cream cheese in another bowl. Blend again with 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup whipping cream, 4 eggs. But don’t blend 4 pieces of eggs together, blend them one by one.
  4. Then add 1/4 cup of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 teaspoon of vanilla paste, 1 teaspoon of corn starch and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed.
  5. After mixing, pour the cream cheese mixture into the pan that you prepared the biscuit mixture from before and set it well in the pan so that no part remains raw during baking.
  6. Place the pan in preheated oven at 160°C for about 40-45 minutes to bake.
