Ingredients
- Curd: 2 cups
- Water : 1 cup
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Mango: 2 t
- Dahi Malai: 1 tsp (for garnish)
Method
- First take 2 cups of curd in a bowl. Whisk the curd well with 1 cup of water.
- After whisking, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix it according to your sweet taste.
- When the curd is ready, keep it in the fridge.
- Then make small pieces of two ripe mangoes and make it into a paste in the mixture.
- When the curd is cooled, pour some curd in a glass and mix it with mango paste. Then pour some more curd and mix again.
- Add some mango slices, almonds in this glass for garnish. This is how mango lassi is made.
